Places like Martin Meadow are great to pop by; you can run the rapids of Silver Creek - South Fork. Not far from Ferguson Point Campground, you'll find Oyster Lake which is a beautiful lake; the Windmiller Trail offers hiking at its best. Many folks stay at this campground to be in the vicinity of Washoe Meadows State Park. Be careful coming to the Northern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever want to go back home again.
