a relatively wet spot; January is when you get the most rain here; July on the other hand is the driest. While going to this region in California it's a good idea to go for a camping trip too. Quartz Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth going to, and since you're
here, you might as well stop at Mineral Spring Ravine. Whitewater paddling is great on Feather River - Middle Fork, and Plumas National Forest is a great spot. High temperatures at Fall River Campground through the warm days of summer are in the 80's while nighttime lows
are generally in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are regularly in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Fall River Campground temperatures fall to the 30's.
