Don't leave Eel River Campground without first going for a hike along the Haynes Delight Trail, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black Butte River. Summertime at Eel River Campground arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's.
