so you won’t get bored. Going for a hike on the Bucksnort Trail is always a good adventure; while you're here, you could also stop at gorgeous Lake of the Woods. A journey to Channel Islands National Park is worthwhile, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along
the Alder Creek Trail. All year is a perfect time in the Sierra Madre if you have a thing about the outdoors. Get covered with water paddling on Piru Creek; the Upper Sespe River Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. Dutchman Campground is frequently a reasonably arid location;
through February this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Dutchman Campground. Whitewater paddling is fine on Sespe Creek; while you're here you can take a hike along the Henderson Trail.
The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Dutchman Campground with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Dutchman Campground. At Dutchman Campground fun stuff to do is abundant; what a tremendous site for camping it is.
