Creek Campground, Northern Sierra Nevada, California   All the great local attractions in the neighborhood and the great variety of outdoors recreation are brilliant reasons to come. As long as you go for the outdoors you will go for California. Good hiking is available along the Five Lakes Creek Trail, and Tahoe Donner Golf Course is a golf course close by. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Yuba River - South Fork, and you certainly ought to go to Tahoe National Forest since you're here. Paddling on Truckee River is so much fun, and lots of folks from Truckee come here. High temperatures at Creek Campground throughout the long summer days are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 40's while Creek Campground nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. Go for a hike on the Big Spring Trail; Coldstream Valley is in the vicinity, and is a pleasant site.
