In case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Piru Creek; lots of people from Fillmore come here. Whitewater paddling is good on Piru Creek, and Hungry Valley State Park is a tremendous site to go. Cow Springs Campground is right by the Alder Creek Trail.
