Cook and Green Campground is to be found in an area with loads of cool things to do, and spending time at this campground is very enjoyable. A visit to California is not complete without some camping. Some activities here at Cook and Green Campground are whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do.

This is such a fun place for a campground. Cook and Green Campground
is near Valley of the Rogue State Park which is a picturesque spot, and good hiking is available along the Horse Camp Trail. At Cook and Green Campground throughout the summertime highs are in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's; overnight lows in the 30's for Cook and Green Campground.

Cook and Green Campground is a tremendous camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Siskiyou Mountains. A typical amount of rain falls here at Cook and Green Campground; the month of December
 
is the wettest with most of the rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cook and Green Campground; Low Gap Trail is a pleasant local trail.
This campground is always a diversion. Whitewater paddling is great on Elk Creek; at Cook and Green Campground you can spot Stricklin Butte. So much cool stuff in the Siskiyou Mountains, just inspiring. Everybody loves Cameron Meadow, and there's nice hiking along the Boundary National Recreation Trail. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are really bountiful here at Cook and Green Campground. A good place to check out in the neighborhood of Cook and Green Campground is Echo Canyon, and Klamath National Forest is both great and beautiful.
The great people of Seiad Valley like to hang out nearby, and Klamath River is a good whitewater spot close by. Loads of people select Cook and Green Campground for the purpose of being close to Klamath National Forest. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Siskiyou Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bill Fruit Trail; you ought to absolutely have a look at Butte Fork Slide during your stay.
