Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Fir Canyon is a wonderful place to explore nearby; don't leave Coldwater
Campground without first going for a hike along the Potrero Canyon Trail. Coldwater Campground is a location that is reasonably arid mostly; the wettest month of the year is usually February, that's the one that rains the most while July is regularly the driest month.
If you
come at the right time of year, Cuyama River offers some nice whitewater; hiking is a popular thing to do around Coldwater Campground; Hurricane Deck Trail is a nice local trail.
