| | The Clark Fork Campground has a number of nice sites. Most of the campers have trailers or RVs. The campground has pit toilets that are clean and relatively pleasant. There is a shower facility--bring plenty of quarters for your shower. The fishing in the Clark Fork River is good. The Forest Service plants trout every week. There are plenty of nice side creeks such as Cloudburst and Arnot that are good fishing too. The hike up the trail along the upper Clark Fork to the waterfall is a very nice hike. Echo Canyon State Park is a good spot to go if you're at Clark Fork Campground, and in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Carson River - East Fork. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Clark Fork Campground. There's nice hiking along the Charity Valley Trail, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Carson River - East Fork. close to Clark Fork Campground, and a quick tour to Arnot Creek is definitely a fine idea. Some activities here at Clark Fork Campground are whitewater paddling, and hiking, so perhaps you want to stick around. This is such a fine campground. Lots of people from Pinecrest come
to Clark Fork Campground, and there are good locations to discover along the Silver King Trail. We should all go camping every now and then, and Clark Fork Campground in California is such a great spot. Be careful coming to the Central Sierra Nevada, you might not ever want to
go back home again. Woods Gulch is a great place to stop by nearby; good hiking is available along the Emigrant Trail. This campground is so fine. Going for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 13 is always a great adventure, and everybody loves Sand Flat. Don't leave
Clark Fork Campground without first going for a hike along the Corral Valley Trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? Dodge Ridge is a great site to do that. Loads of people stay here when they come to take a look at Stanislaus National Forest. Camping in California is such a fun thing
to do. There are so many amusing things to do close to Clark Fork Campground, and when you're here you're always having a great time. Everybody loves Stanislaus National Forest. High temperatures at Clark Fork Campground throughout the summertime months are in the 60's with
night lows in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; night lows during the winter for Clark Fork Campground tend to be in the 10's. Clark Fork Campground usually gets a great deal of rain; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow while July is regularly the driest month.
