Cherry Valley Campground, Central Sierra Nevada, California

  Cherry Valley Campground is fantastically popular with visitors from Groveland. A great deal of rain falls at Cherry Valley Campground; during the month of January you get the most rain around here; July is when it's the driest. So many entertaining things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada, not enough time. Places like Wilson Meadow are great to check out, and a trip to Calaveras Big Trees State Park revitalizes the spirit. Some activities here at Cherry Valley Campground are swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so possibly you want to

For the duration of the warm months at Cherry Valley Campground highs are regularly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Cherry Valley Campground. It's been too much time since you went outside, you need to get out, and Cherry Valley Campground in California is the outdoors at its finest.

This campground is a great location to check out. Visiting Yosemite National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and Cherry Valley Dam has glorious water scenery. A lot of folks stay at this campground for the purpose of being close to Stanislaus National Forest.
