Yeah, come up here to the Sierra Madre for a great time. Cherry Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the Chorro Grande Trail. Be careful coming to the Sierra Madre, you might not ever wanna go home again. Los Padres National Forest is both fine and stunning, and it's right next door to Cherry Creek Campground, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Ortega Trail. This campground is so great. Lots of people from Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura come to Cherry Creek Campground. A wonderful place to go to in close proximity to Cherry Creek Campground is Godwin Canyon, and Cherry Creek Campground is close to Carpinteria State Beach which is a pretty spot.
