| a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby. There is so much entertaining stuff to do in close proximity to Bridge Campground; it definitely is a tremendous campground. At Bridge Campground during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 40's. During the wintertime highs are mostly in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Bridge Campground dip into the 10's. is right by the Bunchgrass Trail, and McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park is a pleasant spot to go. If the weather is magnificent here at Bridge Campground, you can go for a hike along the Growler Trail, and whitewater paddling is great on Pit River. This is such a fun location
for a campground. Going for a hike along the Hanna Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and going to Lassen Volcanic National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Bridge Campground is a good place of normal rain; January is the month
that gets the most snow while July is mostly the driest month. Hiking along the Chaos Crags Trail is great fun; on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 16. You can't spend all your time indoors; you need to get out of the house sometimes; Bridge
