very well liked campground by the residents of Coleville. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Get wet paddling on West Walker River; do go to Grouse Creek since you're here at Bootleg Campground. There's great hiking along the Early
Emigrant and Indian Trail. That right there is heaps already, but it carries on; Bootleg Campground has it all. Get yourself into a kayak and hit West Walker River; Tollhouse Flat is a tremendous place. If you come at the right time of year, Carson River - East Fork offers some
great whitewater, and Bootleg Campground is right by the Pacific Crest Trail - section 12. The Central Sierra Nevada scenery is always scenic. Lots of people pick this campground when going to Echo Canyon State Park. It's out of the question to run out of entertaining things
to do close to Bootleg Campground; spending time at this campground is fantastically pleasant. Camping in California is such an enjoyable activity.
