Escondido Creek is a good whitewater spot near Black Canyon Campground, and sites like Palomar Mountain State Park are delightful to visit. Campground, and it's always fun to be here. Black Canyon Campground is a top selection campground with the folks of Santa Ysabel. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Going for a hike along the Gomez Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of
this vicinity, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Los Penasquitos Creek. Some activities here at Black Canyon Campground are whitewater paddling, and hiking, so it's just not possible to get bored. At this campground
you will always have a nice time. The Monument Trail is a fine hiking trail close to Black Canyon Campground, also Sutherland Dam is worth visiting since you're here. All year is a perfect time in the Santa Rosa Mountains if you go for the outdoors. Corral Mountain can be made
out from Black Canyon Campground, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Mission Trail. In California you never run out of outdoors enjoyable things. You've been indoors for too much time, and Black Canyon Campground in California is a good spot to go. A lot of folks stay at Black Canyon Campground through their trip to Palomar Mountain State Park.
