A good spot for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Black Bear Campground is Yuba River - South Fork, and going for a hike on the Tevis Cup Trail is always a splendid adventure. to Black Bear Campground, and when you're here you're always having a splendid time. At Black Bear Campground throughout the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's,
and night lows in the 20's for Black Bear Campground. So many cool things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too glorious to be true. There's glorious hiking along the Heath Falls Overlook Trail, and in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can
always go whitewater paddling on Yuba River - South Fork. The wonderful local attractions and the wonderful variety of outdoors recreation will unquestionably have you coming back over and over. Black Bear Campground is a wet site that gets much rain; the month with most of the
rain is January, and July meanwhile is the driest month. But wait, there's more to do next to Black Bear Campground. If you're here at Black Bear Campground, checking out Chalk Bluff is a must; Tahoe National Forest is a pleasant place to go to on a wonderful day.
