again. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Berger Campground. Head up to Royal Gorge and strap some skis to your feet, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Berger Campground; Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 is a great local trail. The yearly rain here at Berger
Campground is about average; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
This campground has everything. Why not visit Packer Dam since you're here; a trip to Plumas-Eureka State Park is a glorious idea. Yeah,
come up here to the Northern Sierra Nevada for a tremendous time. Saxonia Lake is a great lake right next door to Berger Campground, and do take a hike on the Third Divide Trail. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pauley
Creek; Lusk Meadows is right here at Berger Campground. Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the amusing stuff you can do is fishing, whitewater paddling, hiking, and swimming, so almost certainly you want to stay a bit. All the outdoors fun things in the Northern Sierra Nevada
will keep you coming back time and again. Lavezzola Creek is a brilliant whitewater spot near Berger Campground; you'll meet a lot of folks from Sierra City here. This segment of California is always a diversion to take a look at during camping season. Church Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting, and hiking along the Eureka Lake Trail is brilliant fun.
