Bear Valley Campground is a location that is relatively waterless frequently; January is the wettest month with most snow while July is commonly the driest month. Yeah, come here to Bear Valley Campground for a good time. The Cottonwood Overlook Trail is a glorious hiking trail next to Bear Valley Campground, and get soaked paddling on Truckee River. As if Bear Valley Campground wasn't sufficient, you can also go whitewater paddling, and hiking, so almost certainly you want to stick around. A tour to Donner Memorial State Park when you're here at Bear Valley Campground is a tremendous idea, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Cottonwood Fisherman Trail. Summertime at Bear Valley Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer night lows dip down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are mostly in the 40's, and overnight lows at Bear Valley Campground all through the winter commonly dip into the 10's.
