In the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yuba River - South Fork; charming scenery and great skiing is what you obtain at Royal Gorge. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Tahoe National Forest is both magnificent and beautiful, and it's close to Bear Valley Campground; do stop by Jordan Creek if you're here at Bear Valley Campground. Malakoff Diggins State Park is a glorious location to go to on a lovely day, and hiking along the Eagle Bird Trail is pleasant fun. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Bear Valley Campground is a place with many visitors from Emigrant Gap, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Canyon Creek Trail. California is a delightful site for outdoors people.
