Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Truckee River, and you can go for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14. There's such a large number of things to do at Bear Creek Campground including fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so probably you want to stay a bit.
