When was the last time you went camping? Bayview Campground in California is the outdoors at its finest. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. You can run the rapids of American River - South Fork near Bayview
Campground, and Calawee Cove Beach is relatively close by if you're in a beach type of mood. This is really a tremendous campground. If you're a golfer then a good close by course is Lake Tahoe Golf Course, and close by you locate the Highland Trail which is a great hiking trail.
Emerald Bay State Park is both fine and beautiful, and it's near Bayview Campground, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Hawley Grade Trail. Just can't get enough of the Northern Sierra Nevada. When you're here at Bayview Campground it's always fun to visit D. L. Bliss
State Park, and while you're here you can take a hike along the General Creek Trail. This campground is so stunning. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Sierra at Tahoe, and no need to travel far to have a look at interesting stuff like Parson Rock.
