| Campground arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 60's while Ballard Campground night low temperatures through the winter are in the 30's. Around Ballard Campground you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls through February, and the driest of the months is July. At this campground you will always have a nice time. it's close by, and don't leave without going to Refugio State Beach. Man, is there heaps of cool things to do next to Ballard Campground. If the weather is glorious here at Ballard Campground, you can go for a hike along the Manzana Trail, and it's a wonderful idea to stop by Ballard
Creek.
This camp ground is one of the great sites to camp here in the Sierra Madre. California has loads of outdoors activities.
If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Sierra Madre. People from Santa Ynez love to come to Ballard Campground, and you can have a glorious hiking adventure along the Hurricane Deck Trail.
