  stretch for your capability. Check current conditions in advance of a trip on the whitewater, otherwise it's not secure. There's a glorious 6.6-mile-in-length wilderness trail boasting a glorious 2,939-foot height difference close by; this charming wilderness trail is the Ruth Hayfork Trail. You must plan one day to backcountry walk the tough Ruth Hayfork Trail.
