Going for a hike on the Warm Springs Necktie Trail is always a great adventure; North Fork Fish Canyon is around here, and is a great place.

of Piru Creek, and nearby you hit upon the Warm Springs Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. So much cool stuff in the Sierra Madre, just extraordinary. The sight of Little Burnt Peak from Atmore Meadows Campground is lovely, and going for a hike along the Gillette Mine Trail
will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. There's no way to run out of exciting stuff to do near Atmore Meadows Campground; it is a fun place for everybody.
Outdoors folks generally love this section of California. This is such a delightful campground. There
are other places here than Atmore Meadows Campground, for example Gookins Dry Lake, and the Burnt Peak Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close by. Atmore Meadows Campground is frequently a quite arid location; February is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month
with the least amount of precipitation.
Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Sierra Madre. Castaic Lake State Park is a stunning location any time of year, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Fish Canyon Trail.
