Antlers Campground, California

  Finally, camping season is here again, and Antlers Campground in California is just the location. There's so much stuff to do at Antlers Campground including hiking, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. This is such a magnificent campground. Paddling on Sacramento River is so much fun, and get wet paddling on Clear Creek Sacramento Tributary.
The skiing at Mount Shasta is magnificent; Shasta National Forest is a wonderful location to stretch your legs a bit. Throughout the summertime months here at
    Antlers Campground, high temperatures usually get into the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Antlers Campground plunge into
the 20's.
At Antlers Campground you don’t see much precipitation; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
All the wonderful local attractions in the neighborhood and such a wonderful variety of outdoors recreation will definitely have you coming back time and again.
Man, is there loads of enjoyable stuff to do near Antlers Campground. Near Antlers Campground you locate the Dry Creek Trail which is a good hiking trail, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Sacramento
 
River. Going for a hike on the Crags Trail is always a pleasant adventure; a quick journey to Gregory Creek is definitely a great idea. Go for a hike on the Castle Lake Trail, and Haycock Peak is a peak you can see from Antlers Campground.
So much cool stuff close to Antlers Campground, and it's one of those locations where everything is delightful. There are great spots to explore along the Echo Lake Trail; when you're here it's always fun to visit Castle Crags State Park. California has such an incredible array of things to offer nature lovers.
Antlers Campground is a very well loved campground by the residents of Lakehead. This campground is so magnificent. A spree to Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is worthwhile, and Antlers Campground is not far at all from Lakehead.
