| | This is truly a nice campground. A lake nearby is Lake Engle, and you can go for a hike on the Cannell Meadow Trail. Soar down the rapids of Kern River in a kayak; close by you find the Bull Run Cattle Drive which is a great hiking trail. So much entertaining stuff to do at Alder Creek Campground, so little time. | adventure. Sequoia National Forest is a glorious place to go if you're at Alder Creek Campground, and from Alder Creek Campground you obtain a nice view of Red Mountain. California is a delightful spot for campers. High temperatures at Alder Creek Campground through the summertime months are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows at Alder Creek Campground through the wintertime ordinarily fall into the 20's. recreation are nice reasons to come. The surroundings of this campground have so many things to offer. A quick trip to Alder Creek close to Alder Creek Campground is a fine idea. As if Alder Creek Campground wasn't enough, you can also go whitewater paddling, hiking, fishing,
and swimming, so it's just not possible to get bored. Man, is there lots of amusing stuff to do in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Head up to Shirley Meadow and strap some skis to your feet, and the Virginia Trail is a magnificent hiking trail nearby. There's so much stuff to do
in the vicinity of Alder Creek Campground, and if you're seeking a delightful spot to go camping for a couple of days, this is a good choice. Alder Creek Campground is a campground liked by the residents of Posey. Alder Creek Campground gets a common amount of annual rain; January is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
