Aikens Creek Campground, Coast Ranges, California

  Aikens Creek Campground is a tremendous camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Coast Ranges. If you're here, you might as well stop at McFarland Gulch, and wonderful hiking is available along the Horse Ridge National Scenic Trail. There's heaps of outdoors recreation available close by such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
Everybody needs to go camping for a couple of days once in a while, and Aikens Creek Campground in California is such a fine spot. High temperatures at Aikens
    Creek Campground during the months of summer are in the 90's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Aikens Creek Campground. So much fun stuff in the Coast Ranges, just tremendous.
Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park is a perfect place to stretch your legs a bit.
Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Coast Ranges. When you're here at Aikens Creek Campground it's always fun to take a look at Prairie City State Park, and hey, Slide Creek is a pleasant local stream.
Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Trinity River, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Aikens Creek Campground; Salmon Summit Recreation Trail is a splendid local trail. As long as you love the outdoors you will love California.

water falling down from the sky makes Aikens Creek Campground a wet location; the month with most of the rain is December; the driest month of the year is July. Aikens Creek Campground is prized by the folks in Hoopa.
This campground is so great. There are plenty of folks from Hoopa here at Aikens Creek Campground, and paddling on Klamath River is so much fun. The great variety of local attractions and so many things to do are guaranteed to keep you coming back over and over.
