Camping out unquestionably is a fun thing to do, and Ah-Di-Na Campground in California is such a nice location. There's great hiking along the Nelson Flat Trail, and pretty scenery and delightful skiing is what you obtain at Mount Shasta. The Southern Cascade Range scenery is always lovely. Outdoors folks generally like this part of California. This campground has so much. There are other spots here than Ah-Di-Na Campground, for example |
Lake McCloud, and while you're here, you could pop by Ladybug Creek. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Southern Cascade Range. The sight of Van Sicklin Butte from Ah-Di-Na Campground is stunning; Ah-Di-Na Campground is right by the Crags Trail. High temperatures
| at Ah-Di-Na Campground through the warm months are in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are frequently in the 40's with temperatures at Ah-Di-Na Campground dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. All the great local attractions close by and such a great variety of outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back many times. time for sure. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Pit River, and don't leave Ah-Di-Na Campground without first going for a hike along the Cone Point Trail. Glide down the rapids of McCloud River in a kayak; do take a hike on the Rough and Ready Trail. But wait, there's more
to do in the neighborhood of Ah-Di-Na Campground. If you're here, you might as well stop at Fitzhugh Gulch, and the Angel Meadow Trail offers hiking at its best. Just can't get enough of the Southern Cascade Range. Ah-Di-Na Campground is not far at all from Big Bend, and a journey
to Castle Crags State Park is a great idea. Ah-Di-Na Campground gets a good deal of water; most of the rain falls during January, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
