Man, is there heaps of fun
things to do close to Upper Blue Campground. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Francisco River, and a tour here wouldn’t be complete without a journey to nearby Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. So many local attractions
and such a splendid variety of outdoors recreation are good incentives to come. There are so many entertaining things to do near Upper Blue Campground; it is one of scores of splendid campgrounds in this vicinity.
At Upper Blue Campground during the summertime highs are in
the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Upper Blue Campground dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. Upper Blue Campground gets very little precipitation; most of the rain falls all through
August while May is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Upper Blue Campground is a very well loved campground by the folks in Blue.
