Greer Lakes Campground, Mogollon Rim Mountains, Arizona Custom Search   There are two campgrounds in the Greer area, Rolfe C. Hoyer Campground and Benny Creek.  Lyman Lake is approx. 35 miles away so I would not call it nearby.  I also would not say Blackriver would be a good whitewater rafting river, as it is too small. You might be able to tube some stretches.
