Many folks camp here through their tour to Coconino National Forest.
Good hiking is available along the Bell Trail; if you haven’t been to Wupatki National Monument, you must schedule some time for it if you're here. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. A visit to Slide Rock State Park when you're here at Double Springs Campground is a splendid idea, and you can go for a hike on the Wilson Mountain Trail.
