Lake Sylvia Campground, Ouachita Mountains, Arkansas   This place holds many wonderful memoriers for me, with my family. This is where I learned to swim and many wonderful picnics. I was a Scout Leader and in the late sixties took my Scout Troop every summer to the Girl Scout Camp. My Great Aunt Nancy Quinn worked in the kitchen and we all had so much fun.. This place rocks, just explore all the entertaining things to do close to Lake Sylvia Campground. Hot Springs National Park is a brilliant place next to Lake Sylvia Campground; get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Cedar Creek. Don't forget to take a nice little journey to Narrow Creek, and there's whitewater on Lake Norrell Spillway for all you adrenaline people. At Lake Sylvia Campground you can spot Chinquapin Mountain, and you can run the rapids of South Fourche LaFave. The tremendous local attractions and such a vast number of things to do are great reasons to come.
