There's a load of outdoors recreation available close by such as hiking, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so running out of amusing stuff to do won’t happen. Just can't get enough of the Absaroka Range. There is a wonderful hiking trail in close proximity to Yellowstone Valley Inn called the Trout Creek Trail, and Buffalo Bill Dam has great water scenery. Camping in Wyoming is such an enjoyable thing to do. For the period of the long summer days at Yellowstone Valley Inn temperatures are generally in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's, and night lows during the winter for Yellowstone Valley Inn tend to be in the 0's.
