| | So much enjoyable stuff right next door to Willow, and when you spend some time here you will feel like a new person. High temperatures at Willow through the months of summer are in the 80's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 40's. All through the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's, and overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Willow tend to be in the 0's. This campground is so good. Take a hike on the Ridge Camp Trail. Getting to Harney Creek from Willow is painless; Roosevelt National Forest is a good place to stretch your legs a bit. |
You can run the rapids of Cache La Poudre River - North Fork in the neighborhood of Willow, and Willow is in close proximity to Curt Gowdy State Park which is a wonderful spot. Willow is a campground prized by visitors from Jelm. The tremendous local attractions and such a
| tremendous variety of outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back again and again. Any time is a fine time at Willow if you love the outdoors. While you're here at Willow you can take a hike along the Horse Creek Trail, and the great folks of Jelm like to hang out close by. Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is swimming, fishing, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so running out of enjoyable things to do won’t happen. in Wyoming is just what you need. All the lively people and the great quality of everything here attract people from all over. Hiking along the Lincoln Trail is perfect fun, and a fine location like Optimist Park here at Willow is too good to miss. Going for a hike along the
Pole Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; a tremendous spot for whitewater paddling is Laramie River. There's no way to get bored in Wyoming if you fancy the outdoors. This is a good campground. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Overland
Trail; not far from Willow you'll locate Columbus Reservoir which is a lovely lake. Willow is generally a quite dried up site; July is the wettest month with most rain, and January is when it's the driest.
