Sugarloaf - Medicine Bow National Forest, Wyoming   At Sugarloaf enjoyable stuff to do is abundant, and it is one of scores of good campgrounds in this area. The Overland Trail is a great hiking trail in close proximity to Sugarloaf; when you're here it's always fun to have a look at Roosevelt National Forest. This is such a wonderful campground. Going for a hike on the Pole Mountain Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and Curt Gowdy State Park is both splendid and picturesque. Near Sugarloaf you locate the Lincoln Trail which is a splendid hiking trail; a glorious place for whitewater paddling is Cache     La Poudre River - North Fork. Sugarloaf is a campground liked by the people in Jelm. The great folks of Jelm like to hang out close by, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Laramie River. Summertime highs at Sugarloaf frequently tend to be in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. All through the winter the highs are frequently in the 30's while Sugarloaf overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. Try Harney Creek. The wonderful variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back many times. As long as you like the outdoors you will like Wyoming. Sugarloaf gets very little rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is January.
