Brooklyn Lake - Medicine Bow National Forest, Wyoming   Around Brooklyn Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is January. Take a side tour to Harney Creek; don't leave without stopping by Curt Gowdy State Park. This is a brilliant campground. Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Cache La Poudre River - North Fork, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Brooklyn Lake; Lincoln Trail is a glorious local trail. It's been too long since you went outside, you need to get out, and Brooklyn Lake in Wyoming is     a tremendous selection. A tremendous spot for whitewater paddling near Brooklyn Lake is Laramie River; why not take a refreshing hike along the Horse Creek Trail. All through the long summer days highs here at Brooklyn Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Brooklyn Lake. Don't leave Brooklyn Lake without first going for a hike along the Overland Trail, and if you're here at Brooklyn Lake it's a wonderful idea to stop by Optimist Park. There's absolutely no way to get bored in Wyoming if you go for the outdoors. This campground is so brilliant. All the positive folks and the capably operated operations are in themselves reason enough to come here. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin'   a great time here at Brooklyn Lake. A great location like Roosevelt National Forest in the vicinity of Brooklyn Lake is too pleasant to leave out; tremendous hiking is available along the Ridge Camp Trail. There is so much amusing stuff to do near Brooklyn Lake, and when you spend some time here you will feel like a new person. Some activities here at Brooklyn Lake are whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t get bored. You'll meet a lot of people from Jelm here, and the Pole Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best. All the splendid local attractions in the vicinity and the splendid variety of outdoors recreation are good reasons to come.
