Weber's Landing, Wisconsin   Dear Webers; I had a great time at Webers Landing with my family when I was a kid. I was Rali Albrights son and I'll never forget Captain Weber as he was quite a character, sort of John Wayne like in my memory, and his wife Helen who was a wonderful person. I don't know if their family still own and run the place, but I'll never forget them or the wonderful times I had white bass fishing there with my family. I hope all the Webers are doing fine, and wish you all the best. I retired from the Army in 1996 and now live in Richmond Hill, Georgia just     outside of Savannah, Georgia and work for the Army as a civilian. I would like to hear from any of the Webers who may remember my and my family and I wish you all the best. There's such a vast number of things to do in close proximity to Weber's Landing; it's one of those spots where everything is pleasant. Paddling on Embarrass River - North Branch is so much fun; what would winter be without   some skiing at Nordic Mountain. At this campground you will always have a pleasant time. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Wolf River, and there are plenty of folks from Fremont here at Weber's Landing. Summer at Weber's Landing arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Weber's Landing. Hartman Creek State Park is a perfect location to stretch your legs a bit, and since you're here, do take a spree to Miller Bayou. Weber's Landing gets a typical amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is September, and February is when it's the driest. If you're feeling down from spending too much time indoors, No problem; Weber's Landing is a pleasant local campground if you happen to be in Wisconsin. In Wisconsin you never run out of outdoors entertaining things. Weber's Landing is a campground rather often visited by folks in Fremont. All the wonderful local attractions around here and such a wonderful variety of outdoors recreation are tremendous reasons to come. The caring atmosphere and the splendid abundance of fun activities have scores of folks coming here. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. High Cliff State Park is a stunning spot any time of year, and whitewater paddling is great on Embarrass River.
