Silver Springs Campsites, Wisconsin Amenities AMENITIES Tent camping is available - We allow tent camping on any of our sites. RV hookups are available - We have 150 sites with water, electric and sewer.  We have 150 additional sites with just water and electric. Pets are allowed - We do require a $10 pet deposit upon check in, requiring specific rules to be followed.  The $10 is returned to the customer at check out if no complaints were received about their dog. Campfires are allowed - There is a firepit at each campsite. At this time you may still bring your own firewood.  Otherwise we do sell wood in the office. Has Store - We have a well stocked convenience store, with grocery items, camper supplies, souveniers, ect. Grocery store nearby - There is a grocery story in Rio about 5 miles away. Pool - We have a nice swimming pool and deck chairs.  We also have a lake, beach and swim toys. Game Room - We have a nice game room with video games, pool table, air hockey, and juke box.
