| | If you haven’t been to Mississippi National River & Recreation Area, you ought to schedule some time for it if you're here. So many exciting things to do at Schillberg's Campgrounds, so little time. Swamps don’t sound that nice but Close Slu next to Schillberg's Campgrounds is reasonably nice, and the panoramas at Saint Croix National Scenic River will blow your mind.

There are so many entertaining things to do in the vicinity of Schillberg's Campgrounds, and to be here is good fun any time. Some activities here at Schillberg's Campgrounds are fishing,
| playing golf, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
Enjoy a round of golf at St Croix Valley Golf Course not far from Schillberg's Campgrounds, and you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Wild Mountain. A visit to Wisconsin is not complete without some camping. If you get bored of Schillberg's Campgrounds, you could also check out close by Lower Lake, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Apple River.

When you're here at Schillberg's Campgrounds it's always fun to stop
at William O'Brien State Park; some of the water close by flows, like Osceola Creek. Schillberg's Campgrounds gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; June is the month that gets the most rain; February is when it's the driest. This campground has so many enjoyable things
to offer. Schillberg's Campgrounds is right next door to Interstate State Park which is a beautiful spot, and paddling on Apple River is so much fun.
Summer at Schillberg's Campgrounds comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the
60's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Schillberg's Campgrounds temperatures fall to the 0's. St. Croix River has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by, and if you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Krooked Kreek Golf Course. A number of people select Schillberg's Campgrounds so they can go to Interstate State Park.
