Eau Claire River. Near Pike Lake Resort you stumble on the Hickory Ridge Trail which is a great hiking trail, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Hay Meadow Trail. Pike Lake Resort is a campground esteemed by the folks of Cornell. If only every place

There is a wonderful hiking trail in the vicinity of Pike Lake Resort called the Deer Fly Trail, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Chippewa River.
