Norm and Ann's Campground, Wisconsin Custom Search   Norm & Ann's Campground is in the center of 133,000 acres of Clark County forest near Neillsville WI We are also in the center of 132 miles of groomed ATV trails, horseback trails, hiking trails, and motorcycle trails withing Clark county. The overall trail system that covers 4 counties is over 500 miles. We have 4 rental campers, a log cabin, 2 rooms in an A Frame, 50 site campground, a new shower house and a game room. ''Survive The Ride'' guided ATV tours provides 3 affordable tours to different sections of the ATV, hiking, and berry     picking trails. Helmet, goggles & gloves are included with the 2 hours & 4 hour tours. Lunch is included with the 4 hour tour. Hiking bluffs & trails are 5 miles and 8 miles from camp. Levis Mound requires a hiking fee, Wildcat Mound is free. There are some good whitewater spots on Black River, and the Hamilton Falls Snowmobile Trail offers hiking at its best. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Norm and Ann's Campground; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Norm and Ann's Campground. Going to Black River State Forest right next door to Norm and Ann's Campground is a great thing to do. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend   Black River, and as expected Meadows Creek is a charming stream that is worth stopping at. This campground has so many enjoyable things to offer. Lakes are good; Snyder Lake 46 is a lake that's right next door to Norm and Ann's Campground; hiking is a popular thing to do around Norm and Ann's Campground; Silver Mound Trail is a pleasant local trail. High temperatures at Norm and Ann's Campground throughout the summer months are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's, and overnight lows at Norm and Ann's Campground through the winter regularly sink into the 0's. You're sure to stumble upon some smiling people from Willard here; not far from Norm and Ann's Campground you acquire some splendid water scenery at Snyder Dam.
