Ice Age National Scenic Trail is a good local destination here at Merry Mac's Camp'n; don't leave Merry Mac's Camp'n without first going for a hike along the East Bluff Woods Trail. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Merry Mac's Camp'n; West Bluff Trail is a tremendous local
| trail, and you'll hit upon a lovely lake called Johnson Ponds. If you come to this campground, you will have a glorious time for sure. There are plenty of people from Merrimac here at Merry Mac's Camp'n, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wisconsin River. If you want to have a look at some exciting stuff, have a look at Devils Nose, and there are brilliant sites to look at along the Grottos Trail. for Roznos Meadow since you're here at Merry Mac's Camp'n, and you are in close proximity to Wiegands Bay since you're here. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things right next door to Merry Mac's Camp'n. An afternoon playing golf at Baraboo Country Club is always a pleasure,
and Devils Head has splendid slopes and a friendly staff. There's some flowing water close by, Manley Creek is a stream you can go to during your stay, and Mirror Lake State Park is a great site to stretch your legs a bit. This campground has it all. Why not visit a swamp like
Gallus Slough since you're here at Merry Mac's Camp'n; there's great hiking along the East Bluff Trail. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Whitewater paddling is great on Baraboo River, and when you're here it's always fun to pop by Devil's Lake State Park. Throughout
the summer months here at Merry Mac's Camp'n, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. Summer night lows sink down to the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Merry Mac's Camp'n.
