A normal amount of rainfall falls here at   Float Rite; throughout June this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. North Bass Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Apple River. All the outdoors cool things in close proximity to Float Rite will keep you coming back many times. For you golfers we recommend nearby Saint Croix National Golf Club, and there's whitewater on St. Croix River for all you adrenaline kick people. White Eagle Golf Club Golf Course is a golf course close to Float Rite, and a journey to William O'Brien State Park rejuvenates the soul. This campground is a pleasant site to go to. The slopes of Trollhaugen are so inviting noone can resist. Golf can be played at Bristol Ridge Golf Course; you can run the rapids of Apple River.
