Float Rite, Wisconsin   The yearly rain here at Float Rite is about average; June is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is February. High temperatures at Float Rite through the summertime months are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. Float Rite is a campground pretty often visited by campers from Somerset. If time allows, Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is a national park worth taking a look at, and get soaked paddling on St. Croix River. Some activities here at Float Rite are fishing, swimming,   whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so it's totally impossible to get bored. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Apple River, and for you golfers we recommend nearby White Eagle Golf Club Golf Course. All the merry people and all the cool things are rather impressive. That right there is lots already, but it continues; Float Rite has it all. Really great skiing awaits you at Trollhaugen, and since you're here, you could also stop at lovely North Bass Lake. This campground is so beautiful. Golf can be played at Saint Croix National Golf Club, and a visit to Willow River State Park revives the soul. At Float Rite amusing stuff to do is plentiful, and it is a great campground.
