| | Many people stay at American Inn when going to Rocky Arbor State Park. We must all go camping for a couple of days once in a while, and American Inn is a fine local campground if you happen to be in Wisconsin. Through the warm months here at American Inn, high temperatures usually get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at American Inn.
Go for a hike on the East Bluff Woods Trail, and if you want to play some golf, you're in |
luck because Fairfield Hills Golf Course is close at hand. Lakes are fine; Lake Dellona 0.5 is a lake that's in close proximity to American Inn, and getting to Hulburt Creek from American Inn is uncomplicated.

| is fine fun any time. You can run the rapids of Baraboo River in the vicinity of American Inn, and nearby you hit upon the West Bluff Trail which is a splendid hiking trail.
Wilderness Woods Golf Course is a splendid golf course nearby, and not far from American Inn you get some pleasant water scenery at Dells Manor Dam. The amount of precipitation that falls at American Inn is close to the national average; through September this area sees the most rain while January is mostly the driest month. As if American Inn wasn't enough, you can also go fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, playing golf, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. The pleasant pick of local attractions, and the pleasant variety of outdoors

If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to American Inn. Hit the slopes at Christmas Mountain close by; don't leave American Inn without first going for a hike along the Grottos Trail. The surroundings of
this campground have such a vast number of things to offer. Rocky Arbor State Park is a tremendous site, and close by Upper Dells is a perfect site to go.
Wisconsin River is a delightful whitewater spot near American Inn, and going for a hike on the East Bluff Trail is always
a great adventure. Enjoy a round of golf at Trappers Turn Golf Club not far from American Inn. This campground is so great. While you're here at American Inn you will meet lots of folks from close by Lake Delton; there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Bluff Trail.
Be careful coming to American Inn, you might not ever want to go back home again. Get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Skillet Creek, and a journey to Mirror Lake State Park rejuvenates the soul. The kind folks working here and the great massive amount of fun activities are rather phenomenal.
