Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Yokum Hunter Access Trail, and get drenched paddling on Cheat River - Shavers Fork. All the tremendous local attractions in the neighborhood and the nearby outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back repeatedly. If spending too much time inside got you down, No need to worry; Seneca Shadows in West Virginia is such a wonderful place. There's just no way anybody can get bored |

here at Seneca Shadows. The South Haddix Trail offers hiking at its best; whitewater paddling is great on Tygart Valley River. There is so much amusing stuff to do right next door to Seneca Shadows, and when you're here you're always having a wonderful time. Seneca Shadows is right
| by the McGowan Mountain Trail, and a journey here wouldn’t be complete without a trip to nearby Audra State Park. There's more to do next to Seneca Shadows other than just hanging out such as hiking, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Don't leave Seneca Shadows without going to Monongahela National Forest, and this is a popular location for folks from Elkins. This campground is a magnificent place to go to. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Roaring Creek | |

- Tygart Valley River Tributary, and do take a hike on the Long Trail. During the warmest time of the year at Seneca Shadows highs are usually in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the
30's, and night lows at Seneca Shadows through the wintertime commonly dip into the 10's. Getting to Goddin Run from Seneca Shadows is easy, and there's great hiking along the Little Black Fork Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Seneca Shadows a wet place;
of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Coming to this campground is always a magnificent idea. What would winter be without some skiing at Snowshoe. Going camping here in West Virginia is something you ought to do. Seneca Shadows is a top pick with folks of Elkins.
