| | This is such a lovely campground. Audra State Park is a glorious location, and delightful hiking is available along the Yokum Hunter Access Trail. All through the summer at Seneca Shadows highs are frequently in the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Seneca Shadows are in the 10's. Camping out certainly is a great thing to do, and Seneca Shadows, West Virginia is a glorious spot for getting out. Going for a hike on the South Haddix Trail is always a nice adventure; |
the fine people of Elkins like to hang out nearby. There's whitewater on Cheat River - Shavers Fork for all you adrenaline people, and don't leave Seneca Shadows without first going for a hike along the Long Trail. Places like Monongahela National Forest are wonderful to take
| a look at; you can go for a hike on the McGowan Mountain Trail. So much enjoyable stuff near Seneca Shadows, clearly extraordinary. Take a little trip to Goddin Run if you're here at Seneca Shadows, and do check out Mill Creek Reservoir, it's a beautiful lake. So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are great causes to come. There's more to do near Seneca Shadows other than just hanging out such as fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so possibly you want to stay a while. with the people from Elkins. In West Virginia you never run out of outdoors entertaining things. A good deal of rainfall falls at Seneca Shadows; the wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains the most; February meanwhile is the driest month. The
caring personnel and all the entertaining things to do makes the visit here worthwhile. So many amusing things near Seneca Shadows, and being here is glorious fun any time. This campground is always a pleasure. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we
recommend Tygart Valley River; Snowshoe has great slopes and a friendly staff. There are some great whitewater spots on Roaring Creek - Tygart Valley River Tributary, and nearby you come across the Little Black Fork Trail which is a great hiking trail.
