There's more to do right next door to Pioneer Campground other than just hanging out such as whitewater paddling, fishing, hiking, and swimming, so it's not possible to get bored. Scores of folks camp here so they can go to Holly River State Park. West Virginia is a great outdoors state. Why not visit nearby Seng Run if you're here at Pioneer Campground, and you can go for a hike on the Reverie Trail. When you're here at Pioneer Campground it's always fun to pop by Holly   River State Park; in all probability you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, The Fishpond is just a very short distance away. If you've got cabin fever from too much time indoors, No cause for concern; Pioneer Campground in West Virginia is such a great site. Don't leave Pioneer Campground without first going for a hike along the Wilderness Trail, and perfect hiking is available along the High Rock Trail. Pioneer Campground is prized by folks of French Creek. Through the summertime months, highs usually are in the 80's at Pioneer Campground.
