New River Campground, West Virginia   The splendid variety of local attractions and such a large number of things to do are guaranteed to keep you coming back many times. You can run the rapids of Armstrong Creek next to New River Campground, and a tremendous spot to stop at close by is Clover Hollow. The people who watch over the campground and all the entertaining things to do are in themselves cause enough to come here. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Big Coal River - Clear Fork is a glorious whitewater spot next to New River Campground. This campground is so good. Why not go to nearby Little Spring Fork while you're here at New River Campground; lakes are such calm sites, why not stop at Cool Lake.
