You could also explore Lake Quigley since you're here at Harpers Ferry Koa; it's nearby; there's some flowing water close by, Elks Run is a stream you can pop by during your stay. An average amount of rain falls at Harpers Ferry Koa; May is the wettest month with most rain while January is regularly the driest month. This is beyond doubt a pleasant campground. Visiting Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and you get a great vista of Camp Hill from here.
