| | For the period of the months of summer highs here at Blackwater Lodge get into the 80's, and the nighttime is a little colder of course, usually in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and night lows all through the wintertime for Blackwater Lodge tend to be in the 10's. Places like Blackwater Falls State Park are good to check out; get drenched paddling on Blackwater River - North Fork. This campground is a good site to stop at. Go for a hike on the Limerock Trail.

If you fancy the outdoors, you'll fancy Blackwater Lodge. Near Blackwater Lodge you stumble on the Plantation Trail which is a good hiking trail, and whitewater paddling is fine on Blackwater River. Some people stay here during their spree to Blackwater Falls State Park.

There are so many amusing things to do near Blackwater Lodge, and it is one of loads of splendid campgrounds in this area. All the glorious local attractions around here and such a glorious variety of outdoors recreation are good causes to come. You're probably
addicted to lakes, Elk Run Reservoir is one of those nearby, and Pendleton Run Watershed Dam is beautiful.
Blackwater Lodge mostly gets a good deal of rainfall; July is the month that gets the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There is a great hiking trail close to Blackwater Lodge called the Lindy Run Trail, and Timberline is a very popular ski area nearby.
