this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is February. There is a brilliant hiking trail right next door to Big Ridge Campground called the North Mountain Trail. All the delightful local attractions in the neighborhood and the delightful variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came. If you are in West Virginia throughout camping season, you should go camping.
