| the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and there's some flowing water nearby, Gorton Creek is a stream you can pop by while here. There's such a great deal of things to do near Wind Mountain Resort, and you always have a tremendous time when you're here. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always striking. Wind Mountain Resort is a campground reasonably frequently visited by the folks in Cascade Locks. The high level of rainfall makes Wind Mountain Resort a rather wet spot; most of the rain falls through December; July meanwhile is the driest month. | |

So many amusing things in the Central Cascade Range, just incredible. Get drenched paddling on Hood River - Lake Branch, and popping by Starvation Creek State Park is a tremendous thing to do. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in close
proximity to Wind Mountain Resort has to offer. Paddling on Panther Creek is so much fun, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Wind Mountain Resort; Pacific Crest Trail - section 23 is a nice local trail. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the enjoyable stuff you can
do is hiking, fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so running out of cool stuff to do won’t happen. The personnel of this tremendous campground and all the amusing things to do have folks coming here. Looking for something close to Wind Mountain Resort? New Lake is nearby,
and brilliant skiing awaits you at Cooper Spur. This campground has so much. You'll meet a lot of folks from Cascade Locks here, and Wind Mountain Resort is right by the Brush Creek Trail. Whitewater paddling is great on Wind River; why not take a refreshing hike along the Wyeth
Trail. Hiking along the Herman Creek Trail is delightful fun. And that's not all you can do here in the Central Cascade Range. A journey to Viento State Park when you're here at Wind Mountain Resort is never a bad idea, and Buck Mountain is clearly visible from Wind Mountain Resort.
